I highly recommend getting your engagement ring at Kesslers. I just walked in as someone not very familiar with the process, and Kayla was able to help me pick out an option that I know my partner will love, without feeling pressured or stressed at any time. And then payment and picking it up was super convenient as well. I'll definitely be back here when we pick out our wedding rings!

I don't do many reviews however I had to do this one! Vicky is Amazing! I couldn't believe that she remembered me from when I was in there before looking at Bracelets. She's super sweet and so helpful! She makes me feel like I'm one of the Kessler family! We actually have a few things in common. She also cared enough to show me a few purses since I couldn't make it on Tuesday! I will be telling everyone that comments on my beautiful jewelry to stop in and see Vicky! :)

I highly recommend Kessler's for your engagement ring search. I had done a ton of research on local jewelers and Kessler's was one of the top recommended in the area. I met a few times with Erika and she was awesome to work with - super knowledgeable and passionate - and she walked me through the process of picking the perfect diamond and ring, even a few rounds of custom design. Their warranty and refund policy are among the best in the area and while I didn't end up going with them for my fiancé's ring, I know I would have been perfectly happy if I had. Thanks Erika and co!

Working with Kesslers on my wife's wedding ring has always been an easy enjoyable experience. I purchased her engagement ring from Kesslers 10 years ago and was very happy with the whole experience. I then had Kesslers make a customer band for her on our 5 year anniversary and now again for our 10 year anniversary. Each time I work with any of the team members at Kesslers im over joyed with the help and communication and detail they give me. My wife loves her ring that Kesslers has help us create and build on over these past 10 years. I looking forward to working with Kesslers again to surprise my wife again on our next milestone. Thank you to all the team members at Kesslers that I didn't get to meet that helped make my wife's ring as beautiful as she hoped

We bought an engagement ring and both wedding bands from Kesslers. We had wonderful customer service experience and values that the salesman, Chris, was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time with Kesslers, as we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, and there are so many benefits to buying from them (unlimited resizing for example).

We worked with Vicky and she was great to deal with! I came into the store not know what I wanted for an engagement ring. She showed me quite a few options and of course I liked certain things on each ring she showed me… She told me we could design the ring with everything I loved from each ring and I could not be happier with the outcome! I highly recommend her to anyone!

Kesslers has been amazing the last 8 weeks! My wedding band broke and lost leaves but they were able to send it in and get it fixed! I am so thankful for the lifetime warranty and for the staff at Kesslers!

If you are trying to decide where to get your wedding rings, Kesslers is the place to go! I bent my ring unexpectedly today and took it in knowing it could take days to fix due to the holiday. Because my birthday is around the corner, I was bummed I may not have it on my birthday so I asked Jason, the goldsmith, if he could possibly fix it for my birthday. Out of his kindness, he was able to fix my ring right then and there! I was able to walk out with it like new! Also, for context, I took it in around 20 minutes before closing time. So, with that being said, Kesslers is a great choice! They will take care of you well and treat you with excellent service!

Sam was absolutely amazing! I knew I wanted to get an engagement ring from Kesslers, but didn't think I could afford it. So I went in just to ask some questions about resizing a ring with them if I got it somewhere else. Sam was very friendly and I explained I would love to purchase through them, but couldn't afford it with looking for a house to buy as well. But with her excellent service and knowledge she showed me plenty of options in my budget. I am so glad that I ran into Sam there. No ring could've even came close to how perfect my wife's is if it wasn't for her taking the time to sit down with me. Every time we've been in since, for wedding bands and polishing, her and the staff are always so cheerful! I can't thank you enough! (Plus you can't beat their lifetime warranty!)

Only great things to say about Kesslers. My fiancée and I worked with Chris from start to finish picking out an engagement ring. He was encouraging and helpful, but never pushed us to make a decision. Even when we thought we had a ring picked out, but ended up going a different direction, he was patient and continued to work with us to make her vision come to life. Highly recommended Chris and Kesslers for any jewelry needs!
